Lisa Gainsford is Managing Director of Randstad Inhouse Services. Lisa is an accomplished recruitment professional with 11 years experience in Randstad where she started as a Commercial Manager charged with developing the company's fledgling Inhouse Services operation. She rapidly built and promoted this arm of the business to a market leading position. Randstad Inhouse Services is now the UK’s top provider of onsite workforce management solution. Lisa is active with the REC and has been instrumental in feedback and advice on the Agency Workers Regulations.

In October 2007 Lisa joined the core leadership team of Randstad Employment Bureau: the team which has overall responsibility for managing the development of nine separate Randstad business streams.

Kevin Chute

Upon graduating with a BA (Hons) degree in Economics (Manchester, UK), Kevin joined Parkhouse Recruitment in 1996 as a Contract Co-ordinator working primarily on the Caterpillar account.

Over the following 7 years, Kevin worked as a Consultant, Divisional Manager, and National Account Manager providing staffing and recruitment programmes for some of the UK’s major manufacturing, production and supply chain organisations.

Kevin joined Randstad in 2003 as Commercial Manager, responsible for the “Inhouse” flexible staffing solutions business in the Midlands. In 2007 he was promoted to Commercial Director, and again in 2010 to his current position of UK Operations Director.

Robin Hancox

Robin Hancox is a Commercial Sales Manager for Randstad Inhouse Services.

Robin commenced his recruitment career for a leading agency specialising in the catering and hospitality industry. Managing a network of over 10 branches, dealing with temporary and permanent staffing, his client base included blue chip clients, respected contract and event caterers, prestigious hotels, private clubs, restaurants and in-house operators.

Robin then managed Randstad's operation in Dubai, handling a large team of recruiters covering many disciplines such as Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Banking and Finance, Retail, Media and HR across the Middle East.

Richard Williams is a Commercial Sales Manager for Randstad Inhouse Services. Richard commenced his career working in corporate sales with the UK’s largest mobile phone retailer, moving into the recruitment business in 1997. During his 14 years in the industry, he’s worked in a wide range of sectors including Accountancy and Finance, Tax, IT and the Public Sector: providing clients with a variety of recruitment solutions such as outsourcing, executive search, campaign advertising, head-hunting, client profiling and talent-mapping.

Richard joined Randstad Inhouse Services in 2010 with responsibility for business development across the UK, focusing particularly on the FMCG, Automotive and Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals sectors.
