Best Companies accreditation 2011
Best Companies established the accreditation award scheme to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. Based on staff feedback, it looks at employee engagement as an integral part of a company's success and growth, and sets a benchmark for other employers. The accreditation scheme follows a Michelin star style system with companies awarded one star for first class, two stars for outstanding and three stars for extraordinary performance. Randstad was awarded one star for 2011.
A Sunday Times Best Company to Work For
In 2010 we entered the much coveted ‘The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For’ list and were awarded with position number 75.
Each year, Best Companies and The Sunday Times celebrate the best workplaces in the UK and employees from participating organisations are surveyed based on a rigorous methodology. This enables Best Companies to compile a list of the 100 best companies, which The Sunday Times publish. Every year the prestige of this list builds, making this the competition that every organisation wants to be involved in. At Randstad we are delighted that we have been recognised in the prestigious list for 3 years and we look forward to achieving a place again for 2011.
